1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Map Leads Hunt Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Map Leads Hunt Pro provides a browser extension and web dashboard that enables users to extract publicly available business information from Google Maps and Google Search results, including business names, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, and ratings. Users can export this data to Excel files.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

5. Purchases and Payments

Credits: Our services are sold as credit-based packages. Each credit represents one business record you can extract. Credits do not expire unless explicitly stated in the package validity period.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the pricing page. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Once credits are added to your account, they are considered consumed and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us at support@mapleadhuntpro.com. We will investigate and, at our discretion, may issue a refund or credit adjustment.

7. Referral Program

The referral program allows users to earn commissions on purchases made by referred users. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the purchase amount, as determined by the referrer's commission rate set by the platform administrator.

Payout Threshold: Referral earnings must reach the minimum payout threshold (set by the administrator) before a payout can be requested. Payouts are processed manually by the administrator.

Right to Modify or Terminate: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Use the Platform to harvest personal data for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity
  • Attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform's security features
  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to extract data outside the provided extension
  • Violate Google Maps' Terms of Service or any third-party terms applicable to your use
9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Map Leads Hunt Pro and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

The data you extract and store in your account remains your property. However, you acknowledge that the source data displayed on Google Maps and Google Search is owned by Google or third parties and is subject to their terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Map Leads Hunt Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that extracted data will be 100% accurate or complete.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or any conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and your data may be deleted after 30 days. Credits already purchased will not be refunded except as provided in the refund policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon voluntary termination, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing legal action.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform.
